“I’m not good enough.”

“I’m not lovable.”
These negative thought patterns fueled my fear of failure, my fear of losing the people I loved, and my fear of being “found out” as not enough. It wasn’t until I became conscious of these toxic thoughts that I began to understand their cost—not just to my peace of mind but to my entire life.
