Fear Busting

I have been developing the philosophy behind Fear Busting for a number of years in my work with people with severe fears and phobias. It's estimated that one in ten people has a serious fear or phobia - but many people   also have lesser fears that hold them back and prevent them from performing at their best.

I know what I'm talking about because I spent most of my early life frightened that there was something wrong with me. I always felt different, but eventually I realised I am different. I'm a human being and we're all flawed because of the nature of how we learn. It took me a long time to discover this.

To live a life without fear I had to admit this truth to myself, and commit myself to change.

I am living proof that by taking your life into your own hands and learning how to take care of yourself, you can have more joy, happiness and spontaneity than you ever could have imagined.

I urge you to leave the shackles of your bad experiences behind you. One of the best things about the past is that is it in the past. It's time to take control.
