Fear Busting Techniques
Fear Busting is about changing how you feel about your fear, so that it no longer seems frightening to you.

THE most important prerequisite for success is willingness to change your perspective - this is what I look for in the clients that I work with, and as long as this is present they are usually successful in overcoming their fear.
In fact, I am sometimes amazed myself at how quickly people can change if they are willing see things from a new perspective.

As well as a strong will to change, Fear Busting is also about finding a more empowering way to behave in the event of facing your old foe.
When I work with clients I show them how they can change how they think about their fear. For example if they are scared of an animal I ask them to be curious about it, or think of it in a silly way.

Often what people fear is not the object or situation, but the response that they have to it - in other words they are frightened of having a panic attack, or being out of control.
I use specific techniques to enable the individual to be more in control of their own space, and breathing at the moment when they need it. Thats all that matters- how you behave right now. Stop reading, right now, and look away from the screen while inhaling and exhaling twice.
It's that easy: You've got as much control over the moment as you want. I want to encourage you to seize that power by focusing your attention where it can have some effect: on the present moment. Your future hasn't happened yet.
