business coach, Pete coaches and presents talks, workshops and

His interactive style motivates and inspires. Pete is

TV Presenter
As GMTV's resident Life Coach and motivator for the
past 6 years, Pete has become a leading personality on
screen. With his enthusiasm, sense of humour and
compassion, he brilliantly communicates not only with
his clients, but also with a widespread audience
through the camera.
Summer 2004 saw Pete juggling commitments and shooting
two new TV series for ITV and Discovery Health, one as
a resident fitness expert presenter and the other
hosting his own series 'The Coach'.
2006 was also an incredibly busy year for Pete, as
well as filming 'Looking Good Feeling Great', a new
series for ITV 1 daytime with Fern Britton which aired
in the summer of 2006, he was then fully immersed in a
project for ITV1's flagship daytime show, This
Morning. Called 'Challenge of a Lifetime' Pete worked
with ten women who had all encountered difficulties in
their lives and, whether it be cycling across India or
swimming the channel, Pete was there to ensure that
all women completed their challenge.
Author
As founder of the Habit Busting, Fear Busting and
Lighten Up Weight Loss programmes, Pete has also been recognised as a successful
author of ten books that enable people to read and work with Pete to lose weight,
beat habits and boost self-esteem. His most recent book is "LIFE DIY" which
was launched in 2004 - others are in development.
Sort Your Life Out
Pete's project Sort Your Life Out (SYLO) offers
coaching to people who want practical solutions to
everyday problems, including; breaking habits,
conquering fears, improving relationships, boosting
health and fitness and weight loss as well as changing
career and improving finances. Pete offers SYLO all
day workshops and recently launched the first CDs in
the SYLO series called Sort Your Life Our Slimming.
Working With World-Class
Sportspeople
Pete is highly respected in the world of sport and has
been the peak performance coach to numerous
world-class sports people, including Ronnie
O'Sullivan, Sally Gunnell, Ellen Macarthur, Roger
Black, Kent Cricket Team, and the Arsenal Football
team. Pete also undertook a one-on-one programme with
World Snooker Champion Ronnie O'Sullivan helping him
to win his second World title in 2004.
Defining The Happiness Formula
In 2003 Pete was recognised and respected
internationally for defining the 'formula' for
Happiness, which lead to the enormous success of the
Happiness Campaign, which ran in conjunction with
Thomson Holidays. Appearances in person, on the radio
and on television set the public alight, with requests
coming from 26 countries around the world including
Brazil and Canada and Korea.
